INDUSTRIAL BRUSHES
Industrial brushes may be constructed in many sizes with a variety of bristles material in various patterns. These brushes are used to clean, polish or coat an endless array of products. These brushes are typically made in staple set fashion.
Staple set brushes consist of tufts of filaments stapled into a drilled or molded hole. The block can be any material that can be penetrated with a staple and firm enough to hold the staple in place.
Brushes can also be made with the tufts hand tied or glued into place. Hole patterns, hole density and materials are usually determined by the application.
Block Scrub Brush
Block scrub brush encompasses any type of brush bristle inserted into any type of block. They are the most common style of staple-set brushes, and are available in the widest range of size and shape.
Cup Rotary Brush
Cup rotary brush is made as a circle with a shaft of bore in the centre of one side and the hair face on the opposite side. They are very good when increased cleaning is needed in a specific location.
Cylinder Rotary Brush
Cylinder rotary brush can be manufactured from various materials, with the shaft made from either solid bar or tube to suit the customer requirements. The brushes can be also be made in refillable and non-refillable constructions.
Hand Held Brush
Hand held brush is brush typically small in natural that one can hold in their hand to perform work, usually made with staple set or hand laced construction, that are used for those hard-to-get-to areas.
Seal Brush
Seal brush has a wide variety of used and applications. They are commonly found as dust, moisture or light barriers, and can be used as weather stripping. They are also used on a conveyor of safety guide product along.
Special Brush

Twisted Brush
Twisted brush is made to order in a full range of sizes from miniature to several inches in diameter. In essence, a piece of wire is doubled over and bristle material is inserted between the fold of the wire stem and twisting it.
Wheel Rotary Brush
Wheel rotary brush is very similar to cylinder rotary brush. If the outside diameter of a brush is larger than the length of the brush than by definition it is a wheel rotary brush.
